Day By Day Itnerary
It’s really beautiful. It feels like God visits everywhere else but lives in Africa.
Day 1: Watamu
You will be picked up from the airport and taken to Medina Palms Resort. After check in relax at the sandy beach.

Day 2: Medina Palms Resort
Wake up to another beautiful day in Watamu. The day will involve the various activities offered at the resort.
Start off at deep sea fishing where you will be guided by local experts. At this place you can catch a variety of big fish. After lunch continue with more activities such as kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking and body boarding.

Day 3: Bio-Ken Snake Farm & Gedi-Historic site
After your breakfast you will be taken to Bio-Ken Snake Farm which is a few minutes drive from your resort.
At the farm you will find the largest collection of snakes in East Africa. The centre also offers snake removal and snake bite anti-venom services. Later in the afternoon visit the Gedi ruins a national museum. Return back to the hotel.

Day 4: Arabuko Sokoke Forest & Mida Creek
This day will be full of adventure as you visit Arabuko Sokoke forest and as the name suggest, the Sokoke Scops Owl, Sokoke Pipit, Amani Sunbird, and Spotted Ground Thrush can only be found at the forest in Kenya
The forest offers three forest types and dozens of bird and mammal species. Also found is Waterbuck and Common Duiker. See also the mangrove and the dense forest where seasonal pools can burst into life following a tropical downpour. Keep your eyes open for Green Mamba and Rock Python. Stretching from Arabuko Sokoke is Mida Creek, a broad water tidal creek surrounded by extensive mangroves and lined with palms. Mida creek is made of sea grass and coral a home to many fish species and feeding sea turtle. Mida is also a stopover for many migratory birds. The creek is also ideal for waterskiing and wakeboarding.

Day 5: Watamu Marine National Park & Local Ocean Trust
After your breakfast, you will be driven to Watamu Marine National Park a park that consists of coral reef, sea grass, caves and the waters of Mida Creek
The park is home to a variety of fish, coral gardens and many invertebrates and crustaceans. Activities such as snorkeling and diving are found at the park. The park and its surrounding oceans are home to dolphins and migratory whales. Dolphins are often seen from boats, or on stand up paddle (SUP) boarding through the park. Also visit the Local Ocean Trust founded for protection of turtles, their habitat and their entire eco-system.

Day 6: Kipepeo (Butterfly) Project/ the Falconry/ Vasco Da Gama s Pillar
Visit the Kipepeo project a community based enterprise that currently sells butterfly and moth pupae and other living insects as well as honey and silk cloth produced by the community.
Thereafter visit the Falconry, home to a large collection of birds which include; Eagles, Owls, Falcons and Pecker birds, among others. Also found there is very old tortoise believed to be 200 years old. The falconry also is home to a variety of snakes such as the Green Mamba, Python, Cobra and others. Later visit the famous Vasco da Gama pillar and feel the sea breeze warmth as you take unforgettable photographs.

Day 7: Malindi Marine Park and Reserve & Sawa Sawa Dhow Excursions
At the Malindi Marine Park venture into activities such us; glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling, camping and beach walks.
Get an opportunity to ride in the sawa sawa dhow where during your time on board, look forward to enjoy excellent snorkeling in the Malindi Marine Park.

Day 8: Medina Palms Resort- Home
This is the last day of your Malindi/ Watamu beach tour.
