The Big Five was traditionally used as a hunting term to describe the five most dangerous animals in Africa to hunt. Their reputation has spilled over into the tourism industry and now elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and rhino remain the most sought after species to see on the continent. But they're not really the most dangerous animals in Africa. In fact, the two species that kill the most people are not even part of the Big Five; they are the tiny mosquito and the lazy hippo. Out of the Big Five, the black rhino is the hardest to find by far, with the leopard coming in at second place.

Day 1: Victoria Falls - Ilala Lodge
Our driver will meet you at arrivals at Victoria Falls Airport for your road transfer to your hotel, so you can relax, sit back and enjoy the scenery.

Day 2 - 3: Victoria Falls - Ilala Lodge Hotel
While staying at Ilala Lodge activities include: Morning or Afternoon Game drive Rhino search on private Victoria Falls Reserve. 1 x 3 course dinner at The Palm Restaurant excluding drinks.

Day 4 - 6: Hwange National Park
You'll be met by your driver for a road transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for the 35 minute shared charter flight to Giraffe Springs Airstrip Hwange National Park.
From the Giraffe springs airstrip, you will be met by your guide for a game drive into Camp Hwange for three nights on all inclusive basis. Camp Hwange is situated in a private concession in the North part of the Hwange National Park, the newest safari camp to be built in Hwange, with just 8 comfortable chalets. Camp Hwange offers the chance to have a unique experience with excellent safaris both by vehicle and on foot, plus the chance to do night drives. The guides, arguably considered to be among the best in Africa, known for their love of nature and the wide open spaces, offer you a chance to discover the world where you are a part of the mosaic of life.
